They claim to be low income apartments, but they take poor people's money for application fees. Knowing that they don't have credit. Then, they denied them because they had no credit. That is why, after 8 months, they still are not half full. It's a money scam. They are stealing from the poor!

It seems that Intermark Management Corp. is in the practice of ripping people off for their money, I sent fees for a new apt complex just built called Rodden Square Apts, at 6520 Mallard Creek Road in Charlotte NC, the apts start at $273.00 - 633.00 for a 1 bdr and 2 Bedrooms $324 – 759, they are considered Affordable Senior Housing but even though the maximum amount of income that 1 person could have is $29,700 is understandable but I was told I had to have an income equal to this and that they didn't have any units within my income range which is not true either because on their site it states that a 1 person income should be lower than that not equal. they tried to put me on their so called waiting list and I declined and requested that they just send me my deposits back seeing that they couldn't do anything for me, they agreed, it has been almost two months now and I have not received anything from them and they will not return my calls. I have heard a lot about companies like this ripping off the poor and I see that it's true only I'm not in the habit of letting someone rip me off and get away with it so until they make good with me I will make all the worst noise about this company that I can, it's a shame that they make their money by stealing from the poor, not this one, I know it's not a lot of money but it's mine and needs to be taken care of. signed, very angry!

I have called three times. These people will not return phone calls. My date to move in was changed 4 times, I had to spend more money to keep my uhaul, more money to get my power and WiFi dates changed, and I have $720 in deposits tide up. This company Will rip you off in a heart beat.
