December 2024 Update - Integrity is still the best mortgage broker in town (and possibly everywhere). Brandon is my go to. We have now closed four mortgages with Brandon and Integrity and all transactions went smoothly and closed on-time. I feel that Brandon does all he can to make sure he fits the right mortgage to the right purchaser. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon Karns and Integrity.

2021 To everyone at Integrity, I want to take this moment to thank you for making this process so easy for us. This is our third closing with Integrity and the easiest so far. The level of customer service they have extended on all transactions has been A+, and is unlike that experienced with our day-to-day transactions with other industries. You've got great systems that show in the service you provide and it is evident that you truly care about your clients.

Integrity First Financial far exceeded our expectations! David and Kim were absolutely amazing to work with. They are detail oriented and stay on top of things. They made the process easy and it felt like such a great experience. We went in to IFF mid March and moved into our new home the second week of May. It was stress and worry free the entire process. Vic and his team are outstanding. They helped my wife and I purchase our dream home in Black Forest. They made the process extremely simple and non stressful.
