These people are trash. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I have been a tenant with this company for the last six years and their service just keeps getting worse and worse. They prey upon the vulnerable and desperate. The tenants end having to fix every issue that comes up with the unit and the maintenance and on-site management just make excuses aswell. Avoid working with them if you can.

I can’t even get in contact with them about paying my rent!!

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude to tenants. Hangs up in your face when you call. I will sue and call corporate. Unprofessional and takes your security deposit. They have roaches in the building and extreme mold. There is a mushroom growing out my tub and I have pictures

Our spa has been our four 4 months. I emailed Lauren asking for details as to why and was told 'a gas line needs repair before it can be used' but since the spa is still being 'serviced' my recently raised HOA dues cannot be refunded. Why is the spa still being maintained when we can't even use it? That seems like a huge waste of money. When I asked Lauren for further details including when the spa would be operational again, she simply stopped replying. Abysmal customer service. Buyer beware.

I went to get a apartment with them the first time they were nice , called in told me I was approved.when it was time to pay my deposit “Karla the office worker gave me racism attitude & told me I was no longer able to get the apartment she constantly hung up in my face & also the company that was paying my deposit for me she said that’s why there giving it to some one else because they don’t work that way & hung up in there face as well we asked to speak to the main boss in she said no & for what & we told her because she’s is the one who approved us & she instantly stopped answering are calls

She is very unprofessional & are not for color people I would not recommend this company for anybody they need corporate to look into there business soon as possible because new & soon to be tenants don’t deserve that.even after all that evil energy they gave another company blessed me & my children with a bigger & better place 🥂

Horrible customer service the office assistant Karla is very rude and very racist, I proceeded my application January 2 , 2020 SHE NEVER SUBMITTED IT my application was put in the drawer money order still
Attached to it , and said she didn’t care about my application and shoved it back in my hand I NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS EVER , every time I asked for who’s over her she say nobody ! I’m beyond fierce

From my experience this is the most unprofessional property management. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away. The landlord is rude and takes forever to fix any issues on the property.
