Indigo came highly recommended by a friend. My wife and I met with Ben Lucero and we took notice of the meeting's unhurried tone and Ben's commitment to educating us about the home-buying process.

We came away from this meeting assured that Indigo would not push us to move faster than we were comfortable with - and that they would make sure we understood the process.

Once we found a house we were interested in, Indigo quickly coordinated with our realtor to get a pre-approval letter complete and submitted.

While our offer was under review (and being compared to another party's offer), Ben personally communicated with the seller's broker, advocating on our behalf. I believe this, in tandem with Indigo's coordinated efforts with our realtor, made the difference in getting our offer accepted. (This all happened on a Saturday and Sunday!)

I want to point out that the ability to move quickly was also made possible by Ben advising us to prepare for pre-approval ahead of time.

When our offer was accepted, Indigo continued to impress us with their communication. About a week in, I understood I could rely Lesa and Mary's prompt phone calls and emails when a document needed attention. I appreciated this as a first-time homebuyer navigating the process.

At one point, I needed some info after-hours and could only get ahold of Jerry Lucero, whom I had not met before. Jerry received me graciously and got things worked out within a half-hour.

When the time came to gather home insurance quotes, Indigo offered contacts but respected our own preference for an insurance provider.

This point is important to me: Indigo maintained great communication with our realtor, and also respected the wishes of my wife and I throughout the process.

Without Indigo's expertise, professionalism, and willingness to extend beyond conventional hours for our sake, I don't think we would have gotten our house.

We plan to continue working with them in the future, and we recommend them without hesitation.
