The management and maintenance team is what sticks out to me the most during my time here. A lot of time and effort is going into this complex and it has been improving since the day I arrived.

P.S. It’s super convenient being able to rent out an additional storage right by your apartment. I don’t see additional storage being an option in many places.

Stayed here for 2 years. I had only a few problems when I first moved in my apartment before new management took over and once the current management came, everything was resolved!!! Ms. Lauren and Ms. Williams are great!! I can’t speak on other people’s experiences but what I’ve seen and experienced, my needs were definitely made!! I recommend these apartments!!

Me and my husband recently did a viewing of independence place and i have to say hands down it was an amazing experience. Everyone knows the moving process is extremely difficult and stressful. Kara made our experience the complete opposite of that. She was beyond polite and so refreshing to talk to. She not only talked with us about the apartment and gave us so much information but she also asked us about our interests and things that we were looking for and made sure she helped us find not only everything we were looking but more than that ! This was the most pleasant experience we have had throughout this whole moving process. I truly recommend independence place. The apartments are beautiful and currently being renovated which Kara was very open and informative about. This whole experience was perfect and Kara just topped it off with how pleasant , informative and thoughtful she was. Thank you so much Kara !

He is incredibly professional, polite, and always goes the extra mile to ensure that residents receive top-quality service. Every time I’ve had a maintenance request, Anthony has handled it quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude.
His dedication to his work truly stands out. He takes the time to address concerns thoroughly and ensures everything is working perfectly before he leaves. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at their job but also treats residents with such kindness and respect.
Anthony absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for his outstanding service! His hard work does not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate all that he does to keep our community running smoothly. Thank you, Anthony!

I was very satisfied residency there. Management took care of any concerns I ever had and maintenance was always prompt. Other than my neighbors above that put all their weight in every step, I had no real problems. Only gave a 4 due to trash appearance. Pet owners are careless with 💩 and it's not maintained as often. But I saw the improvement there 1st hand. Was a 2 at the beginning and a 4 upon my exit. New team is awesome.

I must say my experience here has been wonderful. I love the staff & team of the apartment complex. I often come out to visit family & friends and I always like to stop in to check on the staff in the front office. Special applause to Shayna! She always has a smile and warm welcome. Don’t live here. This is the worst place I have ever lived. They don’t fix a damn thing and the area is getting worse by the minute. When I moved in the place was a big ass red flag. My apartment smelled horrible, dishwasher old and rotten inside, flooring lifted and oozing out underneath, drain clogged, Door patched up horrible, even the front door is loose as hell. I never wanted to move from somewhere so bad. I’m not a person that leaves reviews but it’s bad here. Lastly crime is starting to get out of hand out here. I know greater is coming for all of us. Keep yall heads up and do what you gotta do to get outta this place. ZERO STARS if I do say so myself.
