I was loking for car loan refinance lenders for a car I purchased in 11/2023 at Alfa Romeo Dealership received a call from ILender who asked me to fill out the application and I am not applying for a loan but to refinance. The reason :

I requested from dealership car warranty being called: bumper to bumper and maintenance warranty that covers everything in and out the car. Verbally, we agreed and I signed the contract .

I was sold maintenance warranty and warranty being called “ Estate” and my intention with refinancing is to exclude boot warranties.
I spoke to one agent over the phone with intention to call him after work to get all information that I need to complete the refinancing process,
Gues what - I didn’t even start the process I am being fooled by loan costumer service, not to mentioning, receiving 2 agents names and contact numbers in text message.
Bankers and dealers are trained to still your money - they must have been trained by garbage being called PRIMERICA and ACN.
They arranged loan with bank they work with - Desert Financial without any information being provided to me and I had to open account with them - who are also not applying full payments to the loan that I am making.

How do I refinance my car loan?
Any tip would be appreciated.

I applied for a loan to refinance my vehicle loan with ilending, after a week I received a call from an employee at ilending informing me that unfortunately ilending could not help me with the refinance loan I was looking for, about 3 days later I received a call from Connor S with ilending informing me he found a loan for me, if it was not for Connor S going over & beyond normal procedures I would not have saved about $4,000.00 on my refinance. Connor S is the reason I would recommend ilending to anyone that asks me about refinancing a loan.

They are a scam. Have a 4 year auto loan. Paid above my payment amount every month for a year. Go to refinance. They say we will get your payment in half. They offer 475 monthly payment. I pay 646. They tell me my now 3 year loan(started as 4) would now be a 6 year loan. Mind you I've paid into my truck more by far then what was expected over this first year. What a joke. Interest went down over 6 percent though? You people play stupid people. I'm not one of them.
