Trash!!! Would NEVER rent from them. They “ manage” or fail to manage the property next to mine. The windows of the house have been busted out for more than a month while the tenant was there and they failed to repair it. The house is an eyesore. Tenants moved mid - August and it is the beginning of October and the windows are STILL BUSTED OUT, broken glass is in the front yard, SQUATTERS OR HOMELESS PEOPLE COME TO STAY IN THE HOUSE EVERY NIGHT and the property management has done NOTHING to repair or secure the proper. They truly don’t care. The security door was laying o. The front porch , not it seems to be back on the front door but it’s busted open again. When the tenant was there they had some bootleg people slap some bricks up to “ repair” the wall but it looks worse than it did before they started. There are literally gaps between the bricks. They haven’t put a stitch of paint on the house exterior since they anchored the property and over the years the house has maintained a pile up of TRASH on the side of the house that even yard maintenance be r picks up. The house sits in the corner. I called and made the property management aware of the issues and I have yet to see ANYONE show up to do anything with regard to maintaining or repairing the property. Avoid this company and the properties they don’t do much managing if. For your own peace.

Don't rent from this company. They don't fix the unit when it needs to be done and they are unprofessional and rude. My mother in law passed away and we didn't know she hadn't paid rent for her unit. I spoke with a gentleman this morning(I use this term loosely) to try to arrange payment for the said month and for next month to avoid the hassle with limited time. We are planning a funeral and are also trying to decide what to do with her things that are inside of the unit. Time is OBVIOUSLY not on our side. Considerably, IE rentals is not as well. Compassion and empathy go a long way and we received none from one of the associates at this company. 'Anthony' told us we had a couple of days to remove her belongings and that they would not accept next months rent, even though my grandmother's name is on the lease(along with my mother in law). Currently I'm waiting on a phone call back from the owner of IE rentals and when I do, I will update this post. God has a plan to work everything out for the good of those who love him. So although Anthony is a nimwit and obviously severely depressed, I'm going to pray for him to change his nasty attitude for future residents sake. Hopefully he never has to go through what we are, but knowing God, he probably will if he continues to treat people the way he has.

These people are very combative and unprofessional. I applied for a house and they said I was approved. The day of me to sign my contract I was told because of prior theft no cooling system at all would be placed on the house. At this point I informed I’m very interested in the house but we needed some type of cooling system, I mean come on we live here in Bakersfield. I was informed they had to have a meeting and would contact the owner to see if at the least a swamp cooler could be placed on the house. I leave to go get my money order and return. Upon my return I was informed the cooler would be fixed and placed on the house, literally as I’m signing my contract a lady comes from the back to inform this house had been rented, she says literally minutes prior someone had signed a contract and assisted on giving me a much smaller place. Literally went from applying for a house to them trying to just put me in an apartment.

I went to this place desperately seeking a place to live, I met with the property manager of a place I was interested in and she walked me through step by step what I needed and how to apply. The rent for said place was 825$ I make 1000 a month on my own my room mate dosnt get many hours but his social security would make up the difference for rent. When we get there I get told someone else put in an application for that place and that she wouldn't accept my application when I told her that the property had 2 places and that it was discussed with the property manager she tells me she'll get back to me. I once again called the property manager and she said she'd talk to her. After a few hours she calls saying we didn't make enough to qualify... for low income housing? Are you kidding me, we went back and I asked her why and she said it wasn't my credit which I know is great, she says we didn't make enough so I tell her again about my roommate who has help from the state, she says I never told her that so I show it to her on the documents she copied and she says she needs a letter from social services stating they'll pay his rent... umm that's what the paper was so now we loose out on a place for bull reasons. I think she was trying to save the place for people she knew which was messed up because we are trying to get a place before we end up on the street. I also asked the property manager at the place if it would be ok we don't make 2.5 x the rent and she said she has people there who make less that have been there so I truly feel ripped off and cheated. I intend to report them to the BBB for really bad service and unfair treatment, discrimination because that's rediclious.

Awful place to deal with! Do your homework, search them online. The other reviews speak for themselves. The rent amount might be okay, but you get worst than what you pay for, their properties were repos and they do not take care of any real maintenance. And the office staff there now is so rude and can't care less.

The worst people I have ever rented from. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They will literally go out of their way to avoid sending a technician for repairs. When you call to complain you are only met with rude responses and a usual hang up off the phone. It’s a shame that Google doesn’t let you give a 0/5
