I’ve had the privilege of working with Chad, Austin, and Brooke from the Hunter Landworx team. They came highly recommended for land clearing/grading and septic tank installation, and they didn’t disappoint. They were incredibly communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable about the process. With little room to work with and a trench layout change, they were very patient and accommodating to keep things moving. I’d highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again soon.

I can't speak for their quality of work, but today I got to see one of their large trucks on the highway in the rain veering in and out of the lane because the owner / employee decided gluing his eyes to his phone was more important than the lives of all the drivers around him. Aggressively passing on the shoulder was a nice touch as well. Almost called in a drunk driver until we got beside him and saw his phone. He kindly left his hazards on the whole time so I suppose that makes it better?

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve had them deliver a compost topsoil mixture to my home a couple of times. They’re always on time with delivery. They’re always super professional and super polite and if you ask for a 70/ 30 or 50/50 mixture, it comes As you requested. they are very precise, and reasonable on their prices. I can’t imagine using any other company for any of my landscaping needs.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Hunter Lanworks construction is located on my residential street. I have spoken with Chad many times to make him aware of my concerns. His employees speed by my home day and night, a truck every couple of minutes, exceeding the speed limit, and endangering children and pets. Chad does not seem to care about the safety of my children, or any children on this street. A small beagle was recently hit and drug half a mile. None of this seems to bother Chad, as addressing the situation would take away some of his profit. It seems he only cares about money. Be careful this can happen to your street. Before his company moved in, this was a safe neighborhood where our children and pets could play and not fear being run over and killed. Now, my children have to stay inside. Please do not contribute to this blatant disregard for the safety of families and pets!

Chad and his guys came out to Wadmalaw Island to clear my wooded lot for residential construction. They installed a gravel covered culvert at the road, removed trees and hauled them off along with the stumps and organic material. They rough graded the lot and got everything ready for the builder to do the site prep. I'm ready to build my home. They did a great job at a fair price and in record time. These guys really know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. Thanks Chad and crew for a great job.

Chad and his guys did a great job for our nonprofit, fixing and refinishing our gravel driveway and parking areas. It is about 1200' from end to end, so it was a fairly sizable job. They also regraded what was a mud pit in front of the barn. We had a couple inches of rain today and everything held and drained as expected. Can't say enough good things about Hunter Landworx. I would highly recommend to anyone. Prompt, respectful and efficient!
