I contacted HRC about a boundary survey done at my property on several occasions. The first time I called, I requested to speak with someone about the survey, the receptionist stated that the person I needed to speak with was not in. I politely asked if she knew when he would be in, and she very bluntly stated “I don’t know” and hung up the phone. The next day I called again requesting to speak with the person handling the survey done at my property, and again, he was not in. This time, I left a message. A few days pass with no response, so I contact the company again. I was met with the same receptionist who had no information for me other than I need to speak with a specific person (who has yet to respond to any phone calls or messages). This was 2 months ago and I have still not received a response. Long story short, if you are looking for a professional and prompt experience, HRC is not the right company for your surveying services.

I want to personally take a moment to let people know how extremely happy I was
to let HRC do my surveying and plat maps for my property. They were very professional, knowledgable, and whenever I had questions they always got back with me in a timely manner
I strongly encourage and recommend anyone to use HRC for there surveying needs. Aaron, Jesse, Jonathan, Jarod, Philip and the ladies are ways so helpful and nice. Aaron and Jesse thanks very much. I would give a 10 star if it was available ☺️😊🤗
