I signed up on there waiting list a few years ago for affordable housing. I'm a single woman in my 30s that works more then 40 hours a week. I called and called for a couple years about every 3 months to see where I was on the waiting lists. After close to 3 years I called and my file was gone? Missing or destroyed! I was more then disappointed! I asked to speak with the supervisor she was more then just Salty and nasty! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON HARTLESSS PEOPLE PERIOD! NOT WORTH THE DISRESPECT AND WASTED TIME!

I’ve been on the list for housing since 2010, I’ve had to move four times since I applied there. Every unit I’ve been contacted about I didn’t make enough money to qualify for. They will not give you any information about where your application is in their queue, or if it’s still in their queue at all. They often don’t answer their phone and in summer their doors and windows will be open, but the office is empty.
I don’t understand, what good are they?

When an agency claims to provide a solution to a socioeconomic problem in our community, but is in fact contributing to the harm of the people, it is an abuse of our justice system. Beth Matsumoto ought to be ashamed of herself. I personally witnessed items placed in files with malice, unfair treatment, & deprivation of civil rights. To use the phrase "Safe & Affordable" is a fraudulent statement. Shame on Matsumoto~

This place is NEVER open, and they do not return calls... The hours on the website say they're in office every week day and only take a hour for lunch this is not true!! I wish there was a way to speak with the person in charge of this bussiness and let them know whoever they're paying to rent out places to people is getting paid to do nothing!! I would give it zero stars if I could!
