THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE!! THE LADY CARRIE THAT IS OVER NOW IS VERYYY unprofessional!!! I have told her about one of the maintenance man that works there.. he kept going into my apartment with my under age daughter was there and in the shower!! And she done nothing about it!!! And i did!! I told him off!! And she pulled up to my apartment yelling amd cussing me!! Ive told them about the mold!!! And the floor evwrything and they done nothing about it!!!! They will not fix anything... and they donot take. Care of thier residence! Or the apartments... and that carrie woman should not be over those apartments!! Thier all rude and disrespectfull!! They donot go by the rules ethier !! No privacy or anything!!! They did to hire all new workers in the office and maintenance! And they need to rebuild all those apartments!! They have been there since the 60s!!!!! But i highly suggest DONOT LIVE THERE!!!!

The women I talked to was very professional and very helpful. She gaves me website information for section 8 housing and more information from the DCA which was exactly what I needed to know about my housing situation and solutions. She also was able to inform me about housing circumstances and solutions in the area other residence of the area were utilizing to give me an opportunity to find and pay for housing. 5/11 was when I spoke to the very helpful women over the housing authority.

People are very nosey, I can't come and visit my own daughter unless somebody saying that I live there and I don't. There workers are running there mouths about what they don't know about. I'm just going to get my family out from over that roach infested place and see who runs there mouth then. But yet, they have people running up and street with loud music staying with everbody and they want to mess with my future wife just because I come and visit every now and........ ok.

As the other reviews say about infestation. Very true. It IS housing. So only live here if absolutely necessary. Though, if you move out you better clean your stuff as to not infest other houses. I DO NOT RECCOMEND WHATSOEVER. Oh yeah and people are insanely nosy.

Ruth Bass is an awful person how she still has a job I’m not sure but I’ve talked a lot of people she’s very unprofessional when she talks to tenants why someone hasn’t went over head and had her fired is beyond me
