Mrs.Naishia Roberts is her name and she was that beautiful soul that help us on that journey. Our home buying journey wasn’t easy, but we couldn’t have done it without her by our side. We started looking for a used house but through her leadership we settled on a brand new home. For all who are reading this when you look for a realtor not only do you look for someone who's professional and knowledgeable about the task in hand, but look for one that has a heart and dignity to go much further than money can buy. Ms Roberts was there through bad times and certainly there for the good times. Niaisha was very professional in handling the sale of my rental property. She even helped me in finding contractors to do the necessary repairs. She always kept me informed of the progress of the repairs as well as the progress of the contract . She oversaw all of the repairs necessary to close on the house. Not sure where I should begin but I can not express how happy I was with the entire process. With this being the first sale of a property I was a part of, I must say Niaisha made this entire process a walk in the park. She guided us every step of the way. Throughout the process Mrs. Roberts remained extremely professional. She was first able to put her own money into marketing my property, getting as many views and open houses as possible. Once a few offers fell through she continued to further exhibit her expertise by explaining to me what was next in the process. Lastly, once the final offer came and we were getting ready to close out the deal she remained in constant communication with the lender, the buyers agent, and title company to alleviate any pressures that would have fell upon me. She is a wonderful agent, that has become an amazing friend in the process. 5 star service across the board.
