Best. Realtor. Ever. . Loren knows his stuff and always goes the extra mile. He walked with us step by step through the simultaneous selling of our home and buying of our new one. Excellent Agen Goes the Extra Mile. Loren was fantastic. We live out of state and the property needed upgrading. I came in town and met with Loren. He helped me select flooring, countertops, fixtures and ceiling fans. Loren managed the project upgrade. The property was listed and sold within 2 weeks. Loren was invaluable as during the entire process he checked on the property often. I recommend Loren to anyone looking for property. Was not happy with the service. Agent was very dishonest about really important disclosures. Did not inform me of rain damage to property, Instead try to cover it up. would not hire again.
