Buyers and sellers should avoid House of Realty if you want a smooth and professional sale or purchase of a home in the Redding area. As a buyer, I experienced first hand how unprofessional these realtors are during negotiations and closing. Joyce and Bruce Middleton did not honor contract agreements, repairs were hastily made on the day of closing, and handing over keys was unnecessarily confrontational.
