Via recommendation, I rent a large dumpster from Hoss Up Hauling LLC. At first I was satisfied, then they call and asked me can they use the dumpster on another job. I said ok... Once they finished using it they returned it to the job site. Some time after that I went to the job site and it was gone. I called Mr. Miller up (the owner) to inquire what happened. I was then told that I had only ten day to use the rental. None of this was told to me when I rented the dumpster... I told Mr. Miller that I will call him when I am ready to clean the debris from my home, of which, I did (about a few months later). The dumpster, that I had paid over $600.00 to rent from them, that I had never used, was returned to the job site. I filled it up once and informed them to pick it up and return it... a day passed and no response from them. So I contacted the owner, and I was informed that once they get it I would have to pay another rental fee. I was surprise since none of this was ever mentioned to me before... I just told them to pick it up and to not return it, that I will take my business else where. I received a thumbs up from Mr. Miller....not a way to do business. So, Don't make the mistake that I made "get it on paper" and "get it signed", or take your business elsewhere. Eddie Holt
