I should probably preface this review with the fact that I have decent credit and no criminal/eviction history. This place was real quick and easy to do business with personally. The first place I wanted got taken up as I was turning in my application, but they were quick to provide a list of other options that were available based on my preferences and someone was immediately available to show those places to me. The application that I had already put in for the first option was usable for my next option so I didn’t have to reapply or anything. After a day of considering the places I was able to view, I made a decision and told them the unit I was interested in leasing and once my application from the day before was processed they called and informed me I was approved. I brought in the payments they asked for (money orders) and went over the papers and some rules, signed them, they handed me the key.

I’d like to write a positive view about my friends at Hosanna Real Estate. They were always very fair with me and told me what to expect. They told me their properties were first come, first serve, and sure enough when I went to make my deposit, somebody had beat me to the one I originally picked by about 15 minutes. It was a blessing for her. She needed that place. I found another place quickly. They responded quickly when my air conditioner went out. Sometimes they are slower when things are not urgent which is quite reasonable. They’ve always been courteous and kind to me. When I moved out, they delivered my full deposit to me promptly. Most of their properties are not glamorous, but are just as claimed as advertised. If you need an inexpensive place like I did, I would recommend you go to them first!

There is a tree at the Oak Crest Apartments in Winter Haven on your property that if/when it falls is going to do a ton of damage and displace a lot of people. It's been trimmed so unbalanced over the past 13 years I've lived here it's assumed this is intentional, potentially trying to commit insurance fraud for repairs, not speading money to have it removed, instead of doing the right thing. I'm more concerned about the tenants, some with small children.

The leasing and introduction process was very simple. I viewed the apartment. Applied and paid in sign all within a week.

Josh up front is extremely courteous and prompt to help when ever I brought something up to him.

Lisa helped me understand the lease and answered any questions I had. The older Hispanic lady up front was extremely patient with me and guided me through out the process.

This place is truly a Godsend. From the day we went in to apply for our apartment, the whole process from start to finish the office staff was truly kind, patient and helpful while we went through the whole process. It’s me and my husbands first apartment on our own and Mrs Sylvia was so gracious to help us sift through all the paperwork we needed for the application. Not only were we approved by the grace of God but each and every day my husband and I pray in thankfulness to this place and the amazing good people that run it because we have been blessed beyond measure to have a home of our own. If you are considering coming to rent from these people I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. You won’t be disappointed, they are timely in all things and incredibly sincere. Mrs. Liza is a really great person also who runs the work orders and is quick to help! And the gentleman there who I didn’t catch his name is also amazing, he was able to share our testimony to the owners or the company about how my husband and I prayed for this apartment and our approval of application in the parking lot and how touched he felt by seeing that, which in turn touched our hearts tremendously. This place and the people are our answered prayers. Thank you guys!

My girlfriend and I looked at some properties two days ago, we filled our application the next day and got approved, and today we signed the lease and got our keys to our new home! Fast and easy process, nice people at the office and Eugene the gentleman that showed us the unit was very friendly. 5/5 stars
