This is based from my actual experience.

Horizon Commercial Realty is an incredibly rude and unprofessional management company. We were a very motivated prospective tenant with outstanding credentials who sought out a location that we would like to apply. It takes multiple days, phone calls, and emails from our end to to finally get them tell us the necessary documents they would like to see to even be considered.

When we voiced our frustration of why it has been taking so long, they literally told us to kick rocks and HUNG UP on us . Again, this is just a management company, NOT even the actual landlord.

If you are a prospective tenant or a landlord, I would highly advise against working with Horizon Commercial Realty.

Your complaint regarding the chik fil a on state st in New Albany Indiana falls on property owners of that site and whoever is in charge of business development in New Albany.. there are way too many businesses on both sides of state st right there at that location. Prior proper planning prevents poor performance should have played factor when creating development at that location.
