I had the BEST experience at Hoover Toyota with Jack Bernstein! He went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted shipped here from out of state. He was so friendly and exceeded my expectations in my first car buying experience. He isn’t “the typical car salesman”. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. He wasn’t pushy and had great communication in letting me know every detail about when my car should arrive, and other small but important details. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Very upfront, and not the typical experience with other dealerships and their hidden “fees”. Ask for Jeremy Rhodes when you go! He is the best salesman! He took care of me. He got us into a car that had just arrived that morning. Inventory is very low, so I’m so happy that I got exactly what I wanted.
