Five Star Review! ⭐️ My family and I highly recommend Bailey Lopez with Homewood Mortgage for all your mortgage needs. It can be complicated when you own your own business and are trying to build on your property. We were often told " No " with little explanation or a plan to reach a point where we could build. With Bailey, she explored every avenue and explained all of our options. We made a plan together, and she worked with me every single step of the way. She constantly followed up with me and assisted me when needed. Our mortgage was difficult, but she fought with us and made it happen. She is very knowledgeable about the rules and the programs for residential home loans and will always tell you the truth. She is extremely hardworking, honest, and intelligent. She also looks out for her clients and does not lead you into a loan that is not good for you and your family. We have many friends who are real estate agents and many friends looking to build or buy. Without hesitation, I would contact Bailey Lopez with Homewood Mortgage. I also had the pleasure of working with the president, John. He is hardworking, pleasant to work with, and also tries to make things happen for his clients. They have a wonderful team! Frank Arango was my fiancé and I’s broker and we couldn’t have picked a better person!
It was our first home and any questions we had he had the answers, if we needed him he was available, if we were concerned he eased our minds.
