While both of us were working full time jobs and going to open houses, his team was working behind the scenes to ensure that they would be fully ready to make that next financial step when the time came. Bid after Bid, they were with us the entire way, rooting us on, making the challenge all the more welcoming as the days went on. And then it happened… one of our offers were ACCEPTED! It was at that point, that his team went full throttle and handled every inch of paperwork required, guiding us through ours, all the while assuring our inquiries and fully explaining every legality, while guiding our best interests in the forefront, and did I say they have patience?

I’ve read many a horror story over how some lenders misguide their customers affordability, or professionally shame their stature calling their portfolios insufficient, or just simply make them feel like a bother at times. And like I said at the beginning… within the first conversation with Richie, we felt like our family was secured.

My wife and I were ecstatic on closing day, and Richie was the first one to reach out to congratulate us. Should we ever wish to expand into another investment in real estate, you better believe Richie and his team will be my first call.
