I cant say enough about how grateful we are to Cory at Hometown Realty. He drove 2 hours in the snow to meet with us on a Saturday about selling our house. He explained every document. Making sure we had a full understanding before signing. He set realistic expectations. Without his guidance through the process we would have definitely made mistakes. Cory had us three offers in less than a week. When it came to finding a new home, he helped us tremendously. He found us the perfect place! Cory didn’t stop there. Me and my fiance hired Channing Park after we had already listed our home and gone through a lot of stress with having to fire a realtor, and he was beyond amazing! He took time out of his personal days, weekends and holidays to call us and answer our questions, took the time to get to know us, and helped us with finding a lender after we had a bad experience with one. If you ever want a realtor who ends up becoming like family, I highly recommend using them. Bare minimum is not in their vocabulary and they genuinely care more about getting you into your dream home then about the money. Without Channing’s help and amazing personality selling our home as well as finding our forever home would not have been possible and I can’t say enough good things about him to even express my gratitude!!!!!
