We decided to sell our home recently to take advantage of the real estate bubble in Napa. We had several top agents vying for our business but chose the Pujals Team, specifically Jerry Pujals because he took the time to understand us as sellers and convincingly explain who he thought the buyers were for our home. Jerry and the team partnered with us every step of the way. The marketing was spot-on from the way the videos and pictures captured the appeal of our home to the pacing and placement of materials producing a demand for showings right away. He and the team coordinated the showings flawlessly, and based on Jerry's advice, we made the house available widely. Jerry is really at his best in negotiating--I'm a former trial attorney settling some big cases, so I could only admire the way Jerry handles negotiations. He predicted accurately who our buyer would be and got the price we wanted. While I can speak to the success of the sale, Jerry and Susan and the whole team are just nice people. So, while selling one's home can be stressful, they were a joy to work with and made the process even fun at times. Can't recommend Jerry and the team enough!!

Susan and her team were amazing! As first-time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed with the process, but the Homestead Team was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way.
We went from casually looking at houses online to making an offer in less than a week. Susan and Lynda set up walkthrough the same day we found the house and Shannon was in constant contact with us via text and email. This was incredibly helpful since the process had to move so quickly. It allowed my partner and I to stay on top of decisions we had to make during busy days at work.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Susan and the rest of the Homestead team. They are true professional and a pleasure to work with. Without their help I don’t think we would have been able to buy the house we fell in love with.

When it was time for my husband and I to sell our home my son suggested the Pujals Team. He had a wonderful experience purchasing his first home with the help of Susan and Jerry Pujals. So, we called Jerry & Susan and they came over the same day to meet us and talk about our needs. My husband has high functioning autism and selling and moving from our home was a big step. Jerry was very detailed with what we could expect from them as our selling agent and walked us through every step. Susan primarily works with buyers and has a reputation for being caring, nurturing and an incredible negotiator. Jerry primarily works with sellers and loves marketing and archiving his clients goals. Susan and the team were extremely helpful in helping my family get into a great home that meets all of our needs. What could be a stressful experience was made easy by the Pujals team! Susan was so knowledgeable about the market and helped us make informed decisions on our offer, and negotiations. The team set up all of our inspections and made sure that they were reputable contractors that could be trusted. The team let us use their moving truck the day of the move, coordinated getting a house cleaner, and made the process seamless!! Susan and the team also went above and beyond in helping us with design ideas and were always available day or night for our questions. We have 2 little ones and they were always accommodating, taking phone calls late, letting us bring our kids to the office, whatever we needed. I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Jerry & Susan. This was a very emotional listing for us because it was family home that all us girls grew up in. While they advised us every step of the way, their upmost attention was given to the sensitivity of our situation. They were attentive, responsive and repeatedly showed they had our best interest at heart. You can imagine with multiple women and opinions involved on our end, how overwhelmed they should have been but not once were we made to feel that way. They handled everything for us with patience, kindness, and grace. Their expertise and knowledge in handling everything from start to finish was amazing and we felt like they were family, taking care of family during the entire process.
