Hired an agent here to do my listing. It was very poorly listed. When I terminated her she ended up charging more without me realizing than I had offered. Which I could have offered zero has she was unsuccessful in selling my home. Hired a different agent and had the house under contract in 6 days.

Since owner responded with false pretense wanted to give more details.
The terms of the lease were discussed and ratified, the owner and myself explicitly agreed to everything and there are text messages/emails confirming this. The owner even offered me certain furniture and all was left is to sign the lease. Your response clearly shows how removed you were from quality assurance of your agents if you don't even know the situation details. The background check was passed flawlessly, fee was paid, there were no other applicants, I had met the owner before applying, so where exactly was the wrong fit? Ann Ahern actions were prejudicial, unethical and borderline illegal and your reply here should indicate to everyone the shady nature of the whole agency. The good thing is, a week later, I found much better property so am glad Ann's incompetence helped me in this while her property is STILL listed 2+ months later. I am sure the owner sent you a lot of praise for the 2+ months of lost income and having to reduce rent price. Well done.

This review is specifically for Ann Ahern. The most unprofessional, condescending and incompetent realtor I ever had to deal with. She was very slow on calls and texts, wouldn't listen to reason about lease amendments and would just counter with "I've been a realtor for 15 years what do you know". To illustrate her level of incompetence and false arrogance, it took her 3 tries to copy my email correctly to send me the lease agreement, causing a 2 day delay. She wasted both my time, money and landlord's time. In general her attitude is so unpleasant and hostile that I feel sorry for people who have to deal with her on daily basis. Avoid at all costs.

I received a voicemail from Ed Flynn, requesting that I call him. When I placed the call he informed me that he was calling because he saw in the local paper that I had a house in probate (my beloved mother passed away last month, leaving her home to go into probate). When I responded with, “Oh my god. Are you kidding?” He literally hung up on me.
How incredibly unprofessional to have ever 1) have initiated uninvited communication with a grieving family member to prey upon them for profit, and 2) to then hang up on that family member when they are incredulous regarding your actions. Ed Flynn, take note that your unprofessional actions caused undue hurt to an individual that was already suffering from the significant loss of a parent. As a clinical psychologist who specializes in grief and loss, I can state that your actions cause others the same pain you caused me today. Think about it, moving forward.

Paul was very attentive to my wife and I home buying needs. Paul only selected homes that meet our needs. Every home met all our criteria and he never once pushed us into homes that did not meet our criteria. He was very patient, would provide his expert opinion on homes, pointing out good and bad features of a home.

COVID -19 hit early in the process which slowed our home purchasing process. Again Paul continued to stay in touch, provided us regular digital updates and always available to show us properties of interest.
