The Homeric Team rocks! I closed my refinance loan in less than a month (during an extremely busy refinance environment) with the best rate out there! Nick, Alex, and the entire team Homeric team were a pleasure to work with. We had an extremely unique situation that the Homeric team was able to navigate through for our first property. As crazy as the market is right now, we were working on a very tight timeline as the seller wanted the closing to be done as soon as possible, and the team at Homeric were incredible in making it happen.
