Matthew and his team at HomeRate Mortgage were the absolute best. They were always professional, looking for the best options for my family, and taking care of every detail. Our situation was different than most and they were the only Mortgage company that was willing to take the time to work with us. The other companies could have done the same, but all gave a similar response to the following quote, "that's a lot of extra work we just don't have time for." Matthew and his team jumped at the chance to help us. They secured a great interest rate, monthly payment, and they even helped us find better homeowners insurance through Meridian Insurance with our new agent Melvin Jackson. Our experience with Home Rate Mortgage was great and Matthew Bryant is absolutely the best. We were able to lower our rate by almost a full point, get 15k out for a few projects and still lower our mortgage payment by $400! Matthew even noticed that we were paying too much for our home owners insurance so I got a few quotes. Turns out we were paying twice what we should have been paying so now were saving an additional $1700 per year thanks to Matthew. I highly recommend Home Rate Mortgage.

We tried to refinance with our current mortgage company (whom we had for 5 years) and they wanted everything but a finger print. We had only financed a 10th of the purchase price of our home! We did a cash out refinance with HomeRate (Matthew Bryant) and it was just as easy as it should be. He had our paperwork quickly and no fingerprint needed.
