I had a great experience with Homer Lending. Both Marci and Jason were fantastic. I was in the middle of underwriting with a company when I decided to inquire two weeks before closing for a different lender because I wasn't happy with thrive mortgage. All the other lenders were offering me interest rates that were insane with 3 point buy downs. But not homer lending. They gave me a rate better than the competitors with out even buying down the rate. I was thrilled. I had to push my closing back a week buy we made it happen. Homer lending was amazing for my family. I would use them again and again 10 out of 10 recommend! Please inquire with them, they won't steer you wrong.
