Yuri and Sammy were very professional and diligent throughout my home buying experience, they were wonderful! Previously, I had almost closed on another home using a different loan officer and the experience was not pleasant. Working with Yuri and Sammy was a night and day difference. From the start, I told Yuri I wanted good communication and someone to explain things more throughly and that’s exactly what she delivered. She explained things clearly and via multiple phone calls and even late in the afternoon outside work hours as she knew I would get off from work past 5:30pm. Sammy communicated frequently throughout the process and got all my paperwork completed and ready to go way ahead of time! Whenever something needed to be fixed, they were on it in a heartbeat! They are a great team to work with and I am grateful for everything they were able to resolve for me to have a good experience. Thank you so much to both of them!

As a First Time Home Buyer, I knew I needed someone who had a personal touch and not a big company. Someone who was very knowledgeable, yet explained things simply.
