In 2021 and 2022, we subdivided property in Meggett into 6 lots and had to prepare them for sale prior to placing them on the market. We had no idea what an arduous task this would be. We are very fortunate that we had the assistance of Huger Sinkler, of Holcombe, Fair & Lane, and his staff. Huger is extremely knowledgeable about land sales in the Meggett area and brought his knowledge and vast experience to the table and did a superb job for us. He provided invaluable assistance in referring us to other professionals for services, such as land surveying, dock permit applications, locating water and sewer tie-ins, and in navigating governmental requirements such as zoning. Huger did all this with his exceptionally level-headed, friendly, and courteous manner, including helping enormously with sales negotiations, and getting the 6 lots closed.
