Choosing Hogan / Caroline as our realtor was the easiest and best decision we ever made. From the first meeting, through the house tours, offer and purchase process she was there every step of the way. She was always looking out for our best interest and continuously kept our vision for our home as a top priority. Every decision we made was thoughtful and thorough thanks to her guidance and time. She is warm, kind, knowledgeable, and truly represents her clients best interests. I could go on and on with amazing things to say about her. The worst part of buying our dream home is that we don't get to talk to Caroline every day anymore! Even now that we are in our dream home (thanks to Caroline) she is still always willing to answer our random home questions and we are so grateful for that. We cannot recommend her enough!

Where do I begin? I started working with Hillary almost 10 years ago as I toyed around with the idea of buying an investment property in Middletown RI. I was young and nervous to make a big purchase like that! Hillary guided me along the way, with her expertise in real estate and also knowledge of the area that only a local would be able to help with. She started as a realtor but turned into an amazing friend! When I met my husband we finally found the dream home we were looking for and Hillary was with us the entire way. She has not only helped us with one purchase but 2 purchases for us eventually create a family compound! In such a competitive market, it seems impossible to be able to have won bids on not one but 2 amazing properties that were in bidding wars. We truly wouldn’t have been able to do anything without Hillary. She guided us with what to do with inspections, price, and always adds a personal touch. She was always available for us no matter what we needed - whether it was getting us information about property details or making herself available in person for an extra showing. She even met furniture delivery people for us when we could not be in RI. Hillary provided countless references for contractors, cleaners, brokers, and other contacts from the area who are priced affordably and fairly. I can’t say enough about her! She is the loveliest, most well respected, reliable, and professional realtor I know and we are so lucky to call her a dear friend! You wont regret using Hillary, she is truly the best there is!

We worked with Elizabeth Enochs for over a year to find our perfect home in Bristol, RI. She was, and remains a professional, thorough and patient realtor who went above and beyond to help us find the home that fit our needs. We live in NY, so she was always willing to go see a property for us if we couldn't make it up to see it ourselves. Once we finally found our place in Bristol, Elizabeth stayed with us every step of the way to get the home set up for our current renters. She facilitated with all the post closing requirements such as rental registrations, lead inspector/inspections, window treatments, handyman/contractor services and working with the Hogan team Amanda Londono Crane and Tammy Bass to secure our tenants. We couldn't have done all this without her, and we will continue to rely on her for any help needed in the future. Elizabeth has provided us with trust and knowledge, and also a new friendship that we feel lucky to have built as a result of this home-buying process.
