Eric helped me sell a house that had been listed previously with another realtor. I was very pleased when he managed to show it more times in the first month than the other one did in 6 months! He was very diligent in helping get it sold. He gave great advice during contract negotiations. After the contract was signed, he did an excellent job of keeping me informed of what was going on and followed through with all communication between me, the lawyer and the buyers. He came to the closing to support and celebrate with me. You can't go wrong with Hodges Realty!!!!

If you need a realtor, Eric Hodges, of Hodges Realty is the absolute best. We inherited a house from my husbands, father. We had so many questions and turned to Eric for advice. He was so nice and answered all of our questions even though we told him we were going to try and sell the house ourselves. I know I probably called him 10 times in one day and he was always so polite , kind and caring. We tried to sell the house on our own but were unsuccessful. So, we called Eric to see if he would list the house for us. We filled out all the necessary paperwork and Eric placed his sign in the yard and listed it on his website. We immediately had numerous showings scheduled and an offer to purchase came in at 7:30 that night. The house was under contract in less than 24 hours. The entire process was so easy and Eric was a pleasure to work with and kept us well informed along the way. If you need a Realtor, don’t hesitate to call Eric. Eric is a trustworthy, professional, responsive, and knowledgable agent. He was dedicated to finding us the perfect property to build our home. Eric personally hiked miles on multiple properties with us. He was also tremendously patient with us as we had 4 kids with us on each property search.
