Due to a death in our family we were in a position to have to sell two properties in the Sumter area. Our family was not from the area and had no idea what the properties were worth. The appraisals we received were extremely thorough and professionally prepared. After receiving the appraisals we contracted with them to list the properties for us. We quickly sold both properties for close to, but above the appraised values, proving that the appraisals were very accurate.
