I am a business owner that services a HOA property in Blount County. I have worked very closely with Dedra and she is always communicative and very responsive to my emails. I never have to worry about sending invoices to her as she is always making sure payments are mailed out! Dedra is A+

The absolute worst HOA management company! Their communication is non-existent. Without any notice, they stopped mailing HOA dues notices, leaving everyone in the dark. If it weren't for a vigilant resident, we would have been completely blindsided. They fail to notify us about any activities or annual meetings. Since moving in, I've received zero communication. To top it all off, they have the audacity to charge $16 just to pay dues online. This level of incompetence and greed is unacceptable!

We as an HOA were getting further and further behind with routine maintenance since we had no board that functioned. Shannon has been an excellent guide as we work back toward solvency and improved maintenance.
Often people do not post unless they have some grievance, so I want to go on record with a big thank you for all your help.

Way too expensive for HOA fees. Poor service. Cannot get access to property. Won’t send key fob for gate in mail. Drove 10 hours to purchase one and was then told we have to get one from someone in community. Called morning of and the only person to see would not answer phone calls even though she was in office. Arrived and was told needed apt. Seemed I was a bother.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the 1-star reviewers on this one (and I rarely give a company 1 star). Our neighborhood had a very bad and unpleasant experience with this company. We still don't know what they did with our money because they refuse to provide the HOA records of who they collected funds from or what they did with the money. The budget they proposed was outrageous and indefensible. The staff was largely unresponsive and unhelpful. We also have no idea whether they filed taxes for our HOA. I'm guessing they didn't. Our whole experience was a mess from the beginning when it came to the record keeping and budgeting. They should be called HOA Mismanagement, Inc.

HOA Management, Inc., manages our neighborhood HOA. During the Jan ‘24 winter storm, they worked nights and days, and salted and plowed our subdivision by Day 2 of the event. Even though the temperatures were below freezing throughout the week, our hilly neighborhood streets were in much better shape and much safer than nearly every other Knoxville road. HOA Management did a great job for our neighborhood.

The negative feedback about the selective rule enforcement is accurate as is the feedback about the office staff avoiding responsibility when they are shown to be wrong about something and doing as little as possible when requested.

The last HOA company I was involved with was pretty prompt and fairly forthcoming (even if not everyone was satisfied.....you can't please everybody), but I honestly can't fathom why our subdivision is paying nearly $15k/yr to this company. We literally have a few small common areas that need mowing maybe twice a month for six months per year......one person on a riding mower could knock it out in a hour.
