The vibe while picking up an application from the Dublin local office here was off. I asked a few general questions about the application before leaving. I didn't go back because of the vibe. I trashed the application and ended up going to Xcel Realty and Premier Properties, and Southern Rentals are also pretty good ppl to deal with. Some coworkers recommended these rental companies. I would recommend these with high quality standards. Always follow your instincts.

They don’t fix ANYTHING!!! They just patch it up and that goes for ALLLL properties. The landlord at Valley Pines in Fort Valley is very UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, and CLEARLY HAS NO TRAINING!!! There is no emergency contact information available for any property, the landscaping has been poorly maintained for the past two years, water leaks from pipes and A/C units are overlooked. A/C unit ALWAYS GO OUT and the landlord WILL NOT GIVE A WINDOW UNIT to accommodate tenants. Who is pest control? because THEY NEVER COME, what is the office for? If no one is never there, what is maintenance? If they never fix anything. I could literally write a book. To anyone who is even thinking of making a HOME at any HILL REALTY PROPERTIES you might as well live outside. If you are comfortable being your own pest control, maintenance, and repair man this is the place for you. I wouldn’t have given any stars but to leave this review I had to give them at least 1. From corporate all the way down to their properties are straight #Trash!

I am very disappointed in how they allow people to live but expect them to pay , My apartment wasn’t clean before I moved in. Kitchen sink leaks. Upstairs toilet about to come thru ceiling in the living room from water damage and it leaks all over my bathroom. I have reported to the office multiple times. With no response or improved I guess the next step is a lawyer as I have a child and feel they are forcing me to live in an unsafe environment

STAY AWAY from HILL REALTY!!! They own Forest Glen apartments in Jasper, GA and Hill Realty are SLUMLORDS!!! The apartments themselves are ok, they are all the same, 2 story 2 bedroom, 1 bath, NO dishwasher, NO washer/dryer connections, all electric. The REALLY bad part of this place is the mean, crazy, psycho BIT manager, Lora Erdman. She REFUSES to do ANY maintenance on the apartments, even when a tenant moves out. She fills out the move-in inspection sheet FOR YOU, when the tenant is suppose to do that, and marks EVERYTHING good, even when there are holes in the walls, dirty carpet, walls need painting, etc. and will say YOU did it, when it was pre-existing problems BEFORE you moved in and she will take ALL of your deposit, and STILL not do repairs. She harasses and threatens tenants when they ask her to FIX or do MAINTENANCE on the apartments, she is a mean, hateful BIT !!! There is a VERY high turnover because of her abusive attitude towards tenants. Why her bosses at Hill Realty have NOT fired her, is a mystery. (If you complain to her boss, Gail McClure at Hill Realty, she won't do anything either. Seems like they are ONLY interested in getting your money and NOT doing any repairs. Damn SLUMLORDS.) Lora the manager ONLY works from 4pm - 6pm M-F, if even that. (Lazy BIT!!!) She caused one older lady with lots of medical problems to die when Lora put a threatening letter on her door, 1 week later, the lady died from a heart attack. They also have MANY HUGE POTHOLES at the entrance and in the parking lot the size of a car tire that they REFUSE to fix. Lora also works at the Dollar General store nearby and they have a high employee turnover because of this evil psycho BIT as well!!! She is incompetent, evil, mean, psycho BIT**!!! Do not make the mistake of moving in here, you WILL REGRET IT!!! If I could give this place a NEGATIVE score, I would and it would be than justified. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLUMLORD SCUMBAGS!!!!

If you live in the dublin area looking for a place to gent or buy do not use this place they will not treat you right in any way they will not do what they tell you that will do if you do you need to make sure you have proof of all rent or other fees you pay them if you don’t and you move they will sue you and destroy your credit in every way they want give you proof of anything witch will make it look like you didn’t pay it you have been warned I repeat do not trust them
