RENTERS BEWARE!!!
I lived at Highland Pointe for 4 years (moved in first day the apartments opened).
In the 4 years of me living there, they went through 3 property managers and 3 onsite maintenance personnel.
A small bit of things to happen while I lived there include,
•police raiding my downstairs neighbor apartment because of drug activity
•My door being left unlocked and left cracked open after a inspection of the fire extinguisher
•No properly working water heater for a year and a half
•Countless threats of evictions to tenant for being in public areas of the complex

wouldn't suggest this place for anyone to live
