Moved into Highland Hills in May of 2019 and took an 18 month lease. With rent for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, dog rent, mandatory amenity package, electricity and water bill.....it runs us about $2,200.00 a month. It may seem on the higher side for northern Rhode Island...but I absolutely love my apartment! I'd rather pay more for quality than settle for $700 rent in a 100 year old house in Providence. We are only 2 humans and a medium size pup, so the 2 bedroom is a perfect size. Both bedrooms have lots of space, huge closets and a bathroom. The apartment complex itself has a pool, smaller side gym and a walking trail. Being so hidden behind the CVS headquarters is such a perk. (Not many people even know apartments are back here!). The small downside as mentioned in pervious reviews are the thin walls....but its an apartment, it is kinda expected. I have never had any issues and I would recommend living here.

Today my girlfriend and I toured Highland Hills, and let me just say this place is everything they advertised to be and MORE!!! from the pool to the 24 hour fitness center to the hiking trails, They keep this community meticulously maintained. We have been touring apartments for the past couple of weeks trying to find the best place to call home and are so used to cookie cutter leasing agents providing us with basic information that we already knew from the details online but Angela in their leasing office was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She made the experience welcoming and uplifting, We can not thank her enough for her hospitality. We can not wait to move in and call this community home.10/10 Recommend this place if you are looking for a luxury apartment for yourself or a family member!

My husband and I toured Highland Hills Apartments a couple days ago and Angela showed us the property and amenities. She was through and answered all of our questions. We toured 13 other apartment complexes and found that not only was Highland Hills what we were looking for but exceeded our expectations.
I want to compliment Angela on how professional and kind she was. She made us feel at home. There were several other apartment locations where we did not feel the same or were treated with such respect. There was no pressure placed on us either. Looking forward to being a part of the Highland Hills community.

Angela in the leasing office is amazing, knowledgeable and details-oriented. We truly enjoyed our tour with her, and hopefully will be one of their residents soon. Everything in units were fresh and pretty brand-new, with awesome views and amenities.

We've been living at Highland Hills for almost one year and are so pleased with our apartment along with the grounds and the wonderful staff that work to keep the place beautiful. Special thank you to both Jennifer and Steve who add that "Special Touch" to make living here a absolute joy. They're always available to help us out with any questions or needs we have and always respond to those needs in a very professional and timely fashion

As the father of a tenant I only have good things to say about Highland Hills. It was recommended by a nearby University. My daughter's apartment was immaculately cleaned prior to moving in. Angela in the leasing office was fantastic to work with. She was very thorough in providing us everything we needed to know. She treated my daughter like she was family. I could not ask for more than that. I will say that availability was tight so the night after visiting the apartment we moved forward with the application process. I cannot comment yet how it is for her to live there but after moving her furniture in we noticed a few minor items that needed attention and Angela submitted a work order and the items were taken care of the next day. I will try to update this review once she has lived there for a bit.
