We had a great experience working with Highland Development. It was our first time building and Jarrod was so helpful through every step of the process. He was attentive, professional, communicative and very organized. We trust his work and he does what he says he will do. He finished our home quicker than expected which was a huge plus! We recommend Highland Development and we would definitely use them again.

I have to give Jarrod and his team a 5 star review! Here is why. They stay a step ahead of everything. They are on top of things. Jarrod is a very skilled scheduler and they are always pushing to complete the next item on the schedule. There hasn't been one weekday where nothing has gone on at our house. Jarrod had to fight for us a couple of times throughout this build instead of accepting average. Jarrod took the time and effort to price things for us to make sure we were getting really good quality materials and really good quality workmanship at a fair price. Bottom line - Jarrod built our home with high quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship and stayed on budget and stayed on schedule. Jarrod has made this an enjoyable and fun experience.
