There is absolutely nothing luxury about this apartment complex. It's literally click bait/ false advertising.
1) The valet trash is pathetic and is performed by the maintenance staff. Therefore on any given day, if there is an emergency, your trash does not get picked up.
2) I have witnessed management walk right by apartments with trash and not even look twice.
4) Every single security gate is broken. maintenance request take weeks or even months to complete.
5) The pool by the managers office was shut down by the Vacaville health department due to an infectious disease that was not reported to the residences. There were literally Vacaville health department do not enter signs on the pool.
6) Appears apartments have not been updated since 1970. Carpet was/is worn out and gross when we moved in.
7) Nearly every outlet has been worn out so standard chargers, lamp plugs will not stay in. We have to use power strips to compensate.
8) Screen doors, patio doors windowsills are all worn out and have not been replaced in forever. Both of windows and patio door constantly slip off the track.
9) Mgmt took over eight months to repair the dog bag dispensers.
10) The main gate squeaks so loud at times that you have to turn on music louder just not to hear it
11) The showers by the 2nd pool are deplorable and nonworking.
12) When it's windy, pool furniture will topple all over and stay that way for days. Mgmt will walk by the pool and do nothing for days. 13) The only nice thing about this trash dump is the Coy pond ( when it's windy). If not windy, it's 100% covered in moss.
14) Pool Pic 1: Mgmt walks past broken pool umbrella this everyday and yet Umbrella remains broken.
15) Pic are of 2 of 3 vehicle gates that have been no less than 8 months we have lived here
16) 100% of all other parameter are never locked.
17) Trash can pic taken 9/14/24. In 9/15/24 pic, you can see how quickly trash goes from disgusting to deplorable. Pic 4: Can you spot the trash can?
18) Pic of 2nd dumpster on site. 9/15/24
19) Pic of missing letters are at entrance. Luxury my ass.
20) Pic of trashcan with checkered dresser taken 10/14/24
DO NOT MOVE HERE. You have been warned.

In all honesty some reviews about this complex can be exaggerated. My unit is dead quiet and I have extremely respectful neighbors. The pool has been closed for almost a month but it was extremely dirty prior so I’m sure it’s being cleaned. Maintenance is very nice and comes in a timely manner. Landscaping comes every Tuesday and does a great job. My only complaint would be that not everyone cleans up their dog’s poop and the dumpsters get overfilled with trash and pours out to the parking lot.

UPDATE: After living here for roughy 4 months have realized I spoke too soon about my previous review. To add I have witnessed a car robbery in the complex at 2am, called the police which turned into a high speed chase in the complex trash was everywhere several cars were vandalized and damaged. Two cars were total losses.Manager claimed to change gate code for our safety but has yet to do so!!! Complex also allows illegal dumping which is why we have a trash problem. Several occasions witnessed trucks full of trash dump and leave immediately. Now a major issue is the water CONSTANTLY being turned off. At this point I do not understand. It’s been shut off 6+ times in the last 2-3 weeks. Paying $2,300 for an apartment that cannot provide consistent water is a MAJOR issue let alone everything else I just updated.

After nearly two years of living here, my perspective has significantly changed. Initially, I was very critical of this place and its management due to numerous issues I faced. However, over time, I’ve witnessed remarkable improvements, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the manager, Tiffany, and her team.
Tiffany has implemented several positive changes, such as daily garbage collection, timely and proper maintenance, and regular landscaping and cleaning. The outside environment is now much neater and well-maintained.
It’s clear that Tiffany’s hard work has transformed this place, earning my 5-star rating. I want to commend Tiffany and her team for their dedication and hope they receive well-deserved bonuses and raises this year.

7 months for a repair of a ceiling leak is crazy. 20 plus phone calls made to office, property management FPI. They could care less, not usually a person to go on google but geez this is horrible. Next steps Dept of Consumers Affairs people paying this much rent shouldn't have to deal with that.

This place is trash and so are the ppl that manage it. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. I've lived here for 2+ years and it's never gotten better, the only part of the staff that is somewhat helpful are the maintenance crew. It's not peaceful, safe or clean here. It's not where I'd want my kids to live, and it's not where I'm going to be much longer because I won't be resigning my lease. It's a revolving door for poor ppl that they use and abuse, I've had like 6 neighbors in the past 2 years it's terrible. PLEASE DONT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS SO BAD JUST LOOK AT PICTURES.

Thanks again hidden creek! Some bad maintenance and now the apartment is flooded! No emergency contact numbers available. 6 months pregnant and having to deal with this is just perfect. Good thing I own a carpet cleaner.

relatively fair for what we paid. however: parking spots are in high demand, and the trash is overflowing, which is quite sad. I'd like to think this place has good intentions but their execution of it seems less than thought out

We just moved from Pacifica to Vacaville and I regret not reading any of the reviews. We moved in less than 2 weeks ago and we immediately had a maintenance request. Til this day no one has called me back or shown up at our apartment to look at the problems.

1. Toilet in the bathroom hasn’t been able to flush since we moved in.
2. Dryer doesn’t seem to dry the clothes properly. Used it once when we first moved in and it smells so bad. Haven’t used it since then. We just moved in? Did they not clean it before hand or remove all the debris?
3. Pests have been starting to show up slowly and we haven’t even been here a month yet.

Compared to our old apartment complex in Pacifica we can schedule everything online and they come out the next day. Then again, the rent in Pacifica was 2x than this place.

I guess you get what you pay for.
