Lorraine (the apt manager) has been super helpful when I first moved in. She was so prompt and professional and always got back to me. She also made sure my move went smoothly. I really liked living here. Every maintenance request was completed the within several days. This building unit is really quiet and in a great neighborhood. I would recommend this apartment if anyone was looking.

My Customer Service experience was phenomenal! Do to that fact that Lorraine is a stickler for details!
I’m talking down to the most minute of details! Most places we* come across don’t care about what some would consider “small details” such as paint splatters, dated amenities, warped paneling, hard water spots… I can go on and on and on.

After speaking with her, I was able to rest assure that she truly cares about the customer experience.

I just went through the process of signing a lease with HPM and it was an incredibly smooth experience. The main contact Lorraine was really amazing to work with. She was so nice, communicated quickly and clearly about any questions I had and even helped accommodate one of my asks about switching parking spaces which I really appreciated! The reviews are not wrong. I just finished moving into one of HPM's units, and the entire process could not have been simpler and more professional. Lorraine seems to never stop working, always providing prompt and detailed responses to us and addressing our needs. Everyone we've met thus far has been ultra pleasant, professional, and friendly and they truly seem to care about the property and their tenants. It's sad that this is such a rarity in this day, but it's such a great piece of mind to know that they genuinely want you to have a great place to live. A++++

I lived here for a little over three years and my experience was amazing. The location is perfect. The property manager Lorraine was awesome and very communicative. Any issues we had with the apartment were handled immediately and really easy to schedule through their app. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking!

This review has been overdue, considering we moved into our apartment a little over two weeks ago. The process could not have gone any smoother. I have been absolutely spoiled by Lorraine’s timely and knowledgable responses. She is a wealth of information both during the application process and whilst getting settled into our new home. It is clear that Lorraine genuinely cares about her tenants, as evidenced by her texts to ask how we were doing, quick follow-ups with maintenance requests (even on the first day!), payment inquiries, and overall caring and kind demeanor. Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, I don’t think I’ll ever find another person like Lorraine or a property management company as professional and efficient. She makes it easier to love our new home and neighborhood and we couldn’t have done that without her. She deserves a raise!!!!! Thanks Lorraine <3

I lived in the property for 3 and a half years and it was managed by Lorraine. I found her management style to be a great balance. For the most part, I was left alone, which is exactly what I wanted! I did have a few issues with the apartment, which I think is to be expected, but they were dealt with quickly. If I had a smaller problem which needed resolving, then texting Lorraine was the usual path and, again, I got a rapid and productive response.

I saw a comment on here about being allowed to view apartments without Lorraine being present - personally, I thought that was great. I could walk around and take my time, look wherever I wanted, all without an agent breathing down my neck and pressuring me like some do. I guess that’s personal choice.

Overall, I enjoyed my time in the apartment - moving on for family reasons. Lorraine was helpful and friendly and I’d definitely not hesitate to recommend her as a property manager.

I lived in two of their properties spanning 4 years and wanted to write this review to show my appreciation of how well they looked after me. Whenever there was a maintenance issue they were there the next day to put it right. Moving in and out was super easy, I just left the apartment cleanish and there were no comebacks asking for professionals to come. I’d definitely stay in their properties again. Thanks Lorraine.
