If I could give no stars I would do exactly that. It's ironic to know that I'm the one, not management..... That created this page for the property..... This company is soooooo unbelievably unprofessional it's ridiculous.

From shootings, break ins (homes and cars), peeping toms, unprofessional and lackadaisical staff, I have manyyyyyy more complaints, videos and pictures that I will be sending to a lawyer, the news, the BBB, and the ADA.

This company predates and falsified letters to accommodate the 24 hour required notice that they will be entering your unit... They don't leave notices to let you know that they entered your unit. Pest control is suppose to come every Tuesday. I always have to flag them down to come into my unit. They rarely answer the phones. I've complained repeatedly on deaf ears about repairs and the unprofessional construction crew. I was told after complaining about paint being on my personal property from them using my property to chill, that my furniture was "inviting and welcoming".

When I kept having issues I asked for a member of Heritage staff to be with the contractors while they were in my home and was told " they don't babysit". They don't take anything serious except receiving YOUR RENT AND FINES! I've given grace to these folks for almost 2 years and it has been in vain.

They refuse to make proper and timely repairs. I have a bathroom that is not functional due to them refusing to make proper adjustments. I was told by the construction company that the bathroom was ready to use. I had guests at my home and the shower flooded from the bathroom out into my hallway closet and into the utility closet. When I called to report it, I was told by management that someone would come to my unit Monday. I said I've used all of the towels in my home and there's still too much water. I can't possibly get it all up. I was told that it should be ok.

All the bad things you've heard are true from hellish contractors and gateway mgt itself. They are increasing the rent and literally just opened the pool last Saturday. They have a gym, computer room, and laundry room that they just opened less than a year ago and it's only open during office hours, Monday-Friday. They are closed on weekends except that first Saturday when rent is due! The playground was just completed a few months ago. Entrance and exit gates still aren't completed.

Cars and Homes have been broken into for well over a year. I reported it to them... They never reported it to the tenants until last week when over 20 cars were broken into on the same day and were forced to address it.

We were never given a discount for the lack of amenities and now they are going up $160 in rent for 2 bdrms and $200 for the 3 bdrms... If you enjoy your peace and sanity, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! DON'T MOVE HERE!

They took my application money and denied me instantly it’s low income and I have section 8. From the Moment I walked in the staffed treated me so bad. Brandon the property manager was the only polite person to me. Just sucks they are scamming people for application money knowing well you will not give them the place. I don’t recommend them at all. I was just in there yesterday and they treated me like I was dirt.

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. It started out great, but they can't keep a consistent office staff and recently, they have a towing/parking issue that has gotten out of hand . To the point now where management finds it plausible to limit each residence overnight guest to one veh as if you do not live here and have a parking permit ( obtained by providing insurance and registration) YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED . When i say this is a new and strange level of pain and suffering forced by the management in a place where you lay your head and pay your rent faithfully . You cant even have guest. The pain and suffering of being so afraid youve broken some new parking lot rule and you wont wake up to your car being towed . I cant wait to speak with a 3rd party about this on Monday but in the meantime i am forced to find a new home because the confusion and the complete lack of resident/renter consideration. The unit itself is just not worth the extremely increased levels of anxiety inflicted by a very unprofessional and unorganized staff. Mind you they make such a big deal about parking but have yet to make the security gate operable since this location has opened . As a two and a half year tenant who has never missed or been late on a rent payment i am disappointed and insulted . Not to include, i never gripe or complain about the fact that they NEVER have maintenance available to fix anything in the unit . Terrrible terrible reflection of the community and a disservice to the people of the community . 0 stars

Regular car & apartment break-ins. They have 1 lady that drives around at night, which does absolutely nothing. They've been promising to get the gate fixed for 2 years.

3 or 4 different management crews since I've been here, very unorganized and chaotic.

I tell my kids not to play behind the apartments anymore or walk back there coming home from school, people don't pick up after their dogs, and it's really a shame. Of course, management doesn't nothing about this. I doubt if management even walk the grounds. They change management so often, I doubt if we have management right now.

Rooms are tiny, good luck fitting a queen sized bed & a dresser. Roads are tiny, and people park side by side, making it hard for you to get by. School buss waited 30mins for someone to move their car the other day. The "no parking infront the unit" policy is ignored because management doesn't enforce towing.

I wouldn't recommend moving here, unless you have no other choice.

CALL CORPORATE ON THESE AND REPORT TO BBB.! Scamming ppl out of money from application fees.!! So unprofessional. I applied for a apt here while there an elderly lady came in asking for a lady by name and she was told she no longer work there so after I applied they told me they will let me know if I was approved after 2 weeks and no contact I reached out to check the status and was told they have no records of me applying which of course was a lie. Was told I had to speak to the Manager the same person the elderly woman asked for the day I applied I was told that she was out of town and to call back in a couple days. I did just that on the exact day I was told to call was told she still was not there and to call back Friday I called that following Monday and was told that the manager no longer works there.! Well, I called corporate and received a call shortly after spoke with a lady by the name of Summer and she stated she was from corporate and she’s there assisting because they were behind and whatever else that was going on behind the scenes she then tells me she has my app and will reach out in a couple days with an update. Fast forward a week I receive a voicemail stating I was denied and to reach out if I had questions. So I called to find out why I was denied the lady told me that she couldn’t tell me over the phone and that she can either email me the info or I can come in I couldn’t come in so I requested the email. I never received one. And after all of this the lies the Unprofessionalism I don’t even want to live there because I can only imagine. There is a lady that works there in the office on the right when u first walk in who has such a nasty attitude she spoke to the elderly woman so rudely and she really should not be working with the public each time I spoke to her just nasty and rude. I really dodged a bullet I could had contacted corporate hr AGAIN but at this point I want nothing to do with ANY of them ppl I feel like there are scamming ppl for the application fee my opinion.!

The level of service at this community is poor in the leasing office. I was told to come back today on 5/16/24 and was informed they would still not tour me. I forgave this as it was a temp who gave this information. However I was still met with resistance. The help ( assistant manager) from another property had no information for us as we asked multiple questions her answers were I don’t know to them all. Once she fetched the property manager we were met not with a smile but a mug.
As she informed us that she did not feel comfortable with us walking around looking at amenities, like any one would do looking at a potential new home. The Property Managers attitude is dismissive and vulgar, I would go as far to say the she is also prejudice.

Very unprofessional and unorganized the young lady in the front Danielle does not know what she is doing. I have never heard someone say school will get them denied. If you are in school please run from this place. They look decent from the outside, but there is so much micromanaging, and one organization going on this unsatisfied resident told me in the lobby how unorganized they are also just look 👀 at these reviews if I had no stars to give, I would give them 0000

I’ve lived here since September 2021. I was the FIRST group that signed leases when the community opened.
Through petty management ways, I stay out the way, to avoid any issues. Pay rent, been paying for amenities before they were even built, and most are not even easily accessible, only during office hours. Residents were rushed to come get gate keys for a gate has been under construction for only Lord knows how long. So to live in a “gated” community with an inoperable/unfinished gate is really just backwards. ANY and EVERYBODY has access to the community.
On Saturday February 4, my vehicle was broken into and the thieves attempted to steal it as well, all while “security” was on the premises. Honestly, I didn’t even know we have security.. Their presence is almost non-existent. I’ve informed management, do you think anybody has reached out? Talking to neighbors they’ve mentioned other cars have been broken into as well over a period of time.. Management doesn’t send notices to inform residents of what’s going on in the community. Instead, they will send notices about cars parked in front of buildings, or not to have Christmas decorations up. It’s ridiculous how this company runs it’s business. Again, before you make a decision, read the reviews..
