The horrors of renting from this business. I have never left a bad review on anything before but this is just a horrible business. The pictures is what we walked into upon move in. We were told everything would be clean before we moved in. They did not, all they did was add gel scent cones around the house. Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the decomposing rat that was under the sink. It’s insane that a business is able to get away with this and I’m not the first person they’ve done this too either. Check out other reviews. They also have the audacity to give you a cleaning list upon move out and state to “give the place back in the condition it was given to you.” So I showed them all these pictures and they didn’t care at all. Not only was I not given my deposit back but I was also forced to pay $300 to have the carpet professionally cleaned even though we literally had the carpet cleaner and better looking than when we moved in. Would definitely not recommend doing business with them. Left the place cleaner than they gave it to me and they still kept my deposit, what a joke.

We have a great experience with Heritage Realtors. They managed my property for 7 years and me and my wife have no complaints. Very professional and responsive staff even though we are stationed overseas. They were also our realtor when we sold our house. All necessary paperwork were taken care of and closing was timely even through the COVID restrictions. 5 star experience overall, Highly recommended!!!

I have worked with Heritage Realtors and Property Management several times in the past and can say I have had great experiences every time. The staff is extremely hospitable and helpful. Kudos to Bill and Rosalie for helping us find our dream home within a day. The broker Bill was very helpful with our transaction and very knowledable. Our realtor Rosalie was on top of everything which made it stress free; she kept us informed and communicated very well. Great team!

This place is absolutely horrible. My ac has not been working right for the past three days and when I call to confront them about the problem the guy who runs the place Mr. Bill literally said there is nothing he can do and hung up on me. This isn't the only problem I have had with them. The master bedroom bath was broken for over a year before they fixed it witch they said would be fixed a few weeks after move in. The kitchen cabinets are still not fix and Iv been asking them for almost 6 months now and has failed to do that. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Giving one star as zero is not an option. We are a military family and started with Heritage before it's current ownership - yes over 10 years ago. At that time it was a very different company and we are no longer using Heritage Realtors. Customer service is abysmal. Possibly the worst business ever and I am writing this review because I believe it is helpful to know so you can look elsewhere for property management.

They try to scam you for every penny! Over charge for the "nicer" houses, and their cleaning bills after you leave are outrageous when they didn't clean anything! They're a horrible company and they will try to swindle the home owner and you out of money!! Never rent from them, very disrespectful to military also. You can rent multiple houses for the price you would pay for 1 here. DONT do it!

This is the second house we have bought with assistance from Heritage Realtors. We also now have three residential rental properties that is managed by them. Since working with them we have found them very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and able. Bill, Sona and Jean have really been helpful with the recent selling and buying of a replacement property. Bill set up the 1031 process which was more difficult due to selling of a property out of state and buying a new in-state. Soña was given an idea of what kind property we were looking for and came up with a variety of homes for us to choose from. She guided us us through the search. We found the perfect one. Jean is the person we usually talk with when we have questions about or problems with our rentals. She always has the right answers for the problem. She is a gem to work with and is a most valuable asset to Heritage Realtors. If you are looking to buy a home or for someone to manage your property in the Hanford, Ca area, Heritage is the one tchoose.
