If I could give this place zero stars I would. I lived there for almost 4 years. The first year was ok no significant problems other than minor maintenance issues that took forever to be fixed. Soon after that first year management became almost impossible to deal with she won't answer the office phone if she recognized the number calling when you go into the office to address an issue or maintenence request she makes u feel like your on trial and make accusations like you broke whatever it was on purpose. Threatens to make u pay for the maintenance problems out of pocket. Its just rediculous the way tenants are treated here. During the winter the 3rd year I was there the heat went out and for 2 days with below zero temp outside I went with no heat, then accused of tearing it up on purpose. REALLY!!!!!!! Final straw for me was when my children's father passed away and I went in to see about moving from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom I was told no I can't do that, and shown no sympathy for the situation at hand. 3 days after that the hot water heater went out I again was accused of tearing it up on purpose I was calling and going into the office everyday asking about my hot water heater and for 4 days and 4 nights I was told they were waiting in a part to fix it. We went 4 nights without hot water. And 4 people living there. It was horrible and I feel the manager waited that long to make it so bad I would just leave. Well I did move and I'm so glad I did. BEWARE of these apartments management and maintenance are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible management!!! Management told me that if the lease is broken, then the security deposit disappears...never heard of that magic trick before. Even the contract states otherwise. The security deposit is to be used for damages and unpaid rent...they try to keep your deposit from you by any means necessary so beware.
