These people are liers, slumlords and thieves. I wouldn't recommend renting or working for these shady people. If I could rate them no stars I would. As a single mother with 3 children going thru a nasty divorce, I rented one of the houses from them and in the end although I received a judgment against them to return my collateral ( jewelry I gave to hold until rent was caught up as well as my pink slip to a vehicle that they later stole from me), they never returned my collateral. And never showed any record of how my deposit was used. They just kept everything and never completed any repairs while we were there. Our staircase fell off the house and all he could say was stay away from there. And we had multiple young children in the home so this was extremely irresponsible of the owners not to mention dangerous. They definitely took advantage of myself and my children. It's been 9 years now and they have never reached out to me to correct this situation, (and they can't say they couldn't locate me because my daughters boyfriends father was an employee of thiers and contacted me regarding my car when they wanted me to sign it over to them. that was when I was informed they had stole my vehicle and still had had possesion of it, even with a judgement to return my property. I wish I would have been stronger at the time I would have taken them back to court.!!!!

Laurie is horrible refuses to give the money back that she owes, says she sent it back over a month ago but no one has received anything. Laurie is a liar and a thief with no morals and does not know how to run a business. She is unprofessional with her employees and has screaming outbursts and tempertantrums like a child when things don't go exactly as planned. I don't recommend renting from her or working for her.

Well the owner laurie has a heart of gold. Her husband ron is hard to deal with but underneath the hard thickness is really a soft teady bear. They offer a second chance to those who has had trouble when renting properties do to lifes mishaps. Im an example of second chances and i thank them from the bottom of my heart. I ben an employee of there's for five years. There will never be another job I would love more than HFP PROPERTIES, I really miss working there.
