I worked with Larry for many months when purchasing my first home in the summer of 2024. I had MANY questions and looked at MANY homes. He and his staff were so kind in explaining every detail and cost to me. Larry is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your home-buying decision. He once spent 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining the same thing in 3 different ways until I understood it. This was huge for me since I wouldn't feel comfortable in my decision until I understood where every penny of my money was going.

Another huge perk besides his in-depth knowledge and easy-to-get-along-with personality is his ability to budget so well and make sure there are no surprises. What I mean by this is that when I found my house he gave me numbers so I knew what to expect for the mortgage, taxes, HOA, and interest all totaled into a monthly payment. When I purchased the house my total payment was slightly lower than expected, which was AMAZING! I've heard many horror stories of my friends buying homes and receiving much higher bills than they expected. This was the opposite with Larry.
