Lived here for just under 2 years and I absolutely loved it. The staff, especially Pam was very sweet and helpful. The location is perfect because it’s in walking distance to Butler Springs park, so if you enjoy going on walks or playing tennis, this is a huge plus. It’s close to 385 (super convenient) and is less than 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. We also had the most beautiful view from our 2nd story balcony! One thing I will note, however, is that this apartment complex isn’t smoke-free, so while rare, there’s still a possibility that you could be near a smoker. Overall, this was a wonderful place that my wife and I had the privilege to call home and we will definitely miss it!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Haywood Pointe and I couldn't be more impressed! Pam, the leasing agent, was very helpful. Her knowledge about the community was extensive.

The location is also a major selling point. It’s conveniently situated near major highways, making commutes a breeze. There are plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, yet the community feels peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

We have toured many places in Greenville and Haywood Pointe is definitely at the top of the list for when we move later this year.

To be honest. There's too many things that I dislike about this apartment complex to even begin.

-they have quarterly inspections of the apartment. 1yr lease = 4 inspections

- if you have family members that like to visit with their pets you can't do that here.

- reptiles, amphibians, and literally any type of "pet" are also not allowed. So this community is not reptile friendly.

There are some good things about this apartment complex but seeing as I'm ending my lease just 2 months in says a lot. Going back to Howell Commons where I should've stayed. At least there I have the freedom to invite family over to walk our dogs together and hang out. This apartment complex was not made or managed with their tenants in mind.

Nice quiet place to live. Office ladies are wonderful to deal with. Maintenance is always taken care of in a speedy timely matter. I have my trash picked up my door, my service animal was welcomed, pool is a great place to get to meet neighbors.

Horrible experience was okay the first year we moved but our apartment flooded multiple times in the year we dealt with when maintenance and the front office was okay . Then our second year living the front office became awful and very rude . Allowed people to have uncontrollable pets ,barking all hours of the night and almost attacking residents. Poop left every where multiple complaints where made or reported by us and other neighbors and nothing was done . Excuses and excuses always made as they never handled anything . Only had one okay maintenance guys and his wife fix stuff in a timely manner .

I lived in this community for 2 years and I would like to point out on the positive points first. It is a very quite community and you have Butler Park just walking distance. I never felt unsafe or had any issues with our vehicles. The location is great! Close to the mall and downtown.
I had to move out because my apartment was up for renovations, which was very upsetting to me since I was told when I moved in; my apartment was RENOVATED. Once I started living there, I was told that it was considered semi-renovated. DEFINITELY VERY DECEPTIVE!
In regards to maintenance, whenever I had an ssue, they always resolved it quickly .
UPGRADES: The upgrades that were done on my apartment, were very mediocre. For example, my floors were very unbalanced. They had dips on them and you could feel pieces of cement when you walked on the floor. As time passed by, the dips got deeper and you felt the furniture shaked everytime time you walked.
A/C: Another issue were the A/C filters. In 2 years they came only once to changed it and eventually, I changed the filters myself. During the summer months, when it was 100 degrees outside, it was 80 degrees inside. I was told that the A/C could not cool down more than 20 degrees.
Finally, once I moved out I got a bill to replace a light bulb and I was invoiced for $3. It seems that they are looking for nickles and dimes. This is the first time that I am charged by any apartment community for such a minor expense such a "light bulb" once I moved out.
I would highly recommend if you need to look for an apartment, to look for other options.

I've lived in a bunch of different apartment complexes all over Greenville. This one is by far my favorite.

Couldn't ask for a better location. The buildings & grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff work hard keeping everything working and clean. I've only had one issue to report, and it was required a part being ordered. It was fixed within a week, so no complaints there.

Neighbors near me are quiet and friendly. No issues with finding parking spots near my building. Public park in walking distance is also well maintained and very clean.

You definitely won't regret living here.
