Its been good and its been bad I have been living here off and on since 2000 its not the property that's bad its all the different property managers that come and go and like to make their own rules but yet can't find no documentation to back it up I don't like being lied to or disrespected, I would love to have Georgina & Sara back they made good choices for our property and helped in anyway always they were very professional and knew there job well costumer services are everything, the new team up there now could use some classes for dealing with people being rude and unpleasant is not what we should have to deal with. So its always 50/50 you never know what your going to get.

This apartment complex has made things so challenging as a renter. I’m not ever able to get a hold of anybody in the leasing office. The hours are from 12 till five which are my working hours. I have several questions that need to be answered. I requested to have a manager call me back. I still have not received any callbacks. They have jacked my rent up. I’ve tried to use the portal flex pay. That is nothing but fees and then when I tried to pay flex pay my rent adjustment was not correct on there and now I’m being charged a late fee. This is beyond ridiculous. I would never refer anybody to Hastings Park and would be extremely happy to get out of this complex , I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for the way that they conduct their business with their residence

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex. The management is unresponsive to issues unless you are part of a specific community, which feels discriminatory and unprofessional. The area is also unsafe—cars are frequently broken into, and windows are shattered at night. Despite raising these concerns, management refuses to address them. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a respectful and safe living environment.

Sad to Leave this place, Currently Moving out of State Lived here for 2 years and Absolutely Love it here. The Beautiful Staff is very professional and the Apartments have security that drives through at night keeping you safe and an 24 hr number to call for all your needs of Maintenance, one night in particular my shower water would not turn off, I called the number and they sent someone out to fix it although it was late around 11pm when it happened they still sent someone out to fix it and I didn't have to hear running water all night... Gotta Love it

I have been here for a little over a year and can say that these apartments are pretty nice I’ve seen some changes made in pool area since new manager came in looks nice. I hope the second pool in the back opens following summer as well it would be nice closer to my apartment. I have had maintenance come take care of things that need to be done and have gotten them addressed very quickly no issues. I have no mice, no roaches, no bedbugs, or any other bug I can think of really its the way you keep your place clean that helps and of course ones living around you. Every time I come in to the office I’m greeted with a smile and customer service is great the laundry facilities pretty well maintained. I have enjoyed my stay here and hopefully continue to enjoy it.
