To the management of the complex. I came to visit a friend in the complex, but I saw very bad treatment by the employee (Khaled Al-Iraqi). I hope that the director of the complex chooses the best employees. There is something that must be taken into consideration. And this is the topic of garbage. There are no trash containers. The tenant is forced to take the garbage bags a long way to throw away the garbage. What negligence by management. Thank you

Harvard Place used to be a great place to live before it started switching management every few months. I lived there for about 3 years peacefully before things started going downhill . What used to be a beautiful complex with very responsive maintenance and a helpful staff turned filthy and very unprofessional, to the point where I was forced to just leave because I could not believe some of the things that were happening . The last straw was when we had the new property manager , Beta, under First Source Management I believe . I came home one day to my car towed just because it had a flat tire for two days. She tried to lie and say that it was because the car was “abandoned” and it was not. I asked to see a copy of my lease saying that my car could not be there with a flat tire and she was very hesitant until I had to call the cops to get my lease and show her plainly that she had basically stolen my property . Trash was always everywhere , and it became a foreign neighborhood with bad neighbors and horrible staff . Don’t move here !

I LOVE THIS PLACE THEY HAVE MAD3 THE COMPLEX SO SAFE WITH CLEAN GROUNDS EXPERTIST WITH MAINTENANCE ISSUES ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO THE TENANTS THE LAST TWO PROPERTY MANAGERS WAS AWESOMECI DONT KNOW HIS NAME BUT HE WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PROPERTY MISSED HIGHLY HOWEVER WE HAVE BRITTNY AS A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER HARVARD PLACE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP HERCSHE IS EXCELLENT FOR THE TENANTS HER AND ALL THAT WORKS UNDER HER DIRECTION AWESOME LOVE THIS PLACE GO BRITTNY OUR NEW PROPERTY MANAGER LETS KEEP HER

I think this move was the best decision I’ve ever made! Coming from a completely different state was scary within itself, but Khalid made the whole transition so much smoother. Super kind, understand, and helpful in anyway. Even the applying process was simple. Truly great management overall! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new start.

Please please please!!! Do NOT move here don’t let that model apt fool you! Its filled with nothing but Arabic’s that don’t watch there kids their constantly playing in the streets!! The management is very disrespectful and talk to women any kind of way because that’s how their culture is. corporate never answers the phone even if you leave a message multiple times. Maintenance doesn’t have a clue they will tell you anything for you to get out there face but dont even know english literally!! Ive seen a tenant have to call the police on the office manager because he wouldn’t let them get there package they got sent to the office after telling her to “shut up and call the police” I have never witness this in my 35 years of living.. so please don’t move here you will find something much better and stay affordable. They need to be SHUT down. I don’t even know how they afford to keep the lights on when 80% of the ppl there are Arabs there families. So please look somewhere else!!

This property doesn't deserve not even one star. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived and the maintenance there are the sorriest group of individuals ever. From busted water heater that never got fixed roaches everywhere a leaky ceiling in the primary bathroom to bedroom doors hanging on by a wing and a prayer all the way down to having to listen to neighbors and their children stomping and making noise from 10 at night to 5 in the morning. Not mention that the property has been through 5 different companies since I've been there and the worst of it all a bunch of Ukraine families moved in and I watched as they waited as people were being put out savagely ran in the units like rats taking whatever they could. This country has fallen and it's only getting worse
