Does Hartland Management even check out who they are renting to.
They rented 1016 W. Norberry St Lancaster CA out to a butt load of people, so far we have seen two families move in, one family about 1 month ago and yesterday another family moved in, they have left a bunch of trash out in front couches and bunch of other trash, the trash man doesn’t come for another week, nothing worse then having these kind of people move into your neighborhood.

If I could put a minus sign on them I would. Was looking at a property to rent and the lady would only communicate via text. When I told her that I would like to view the property she said be there at 3pm. This was 2:56pm. I went and when I called her to discuss renting she finally answered and said..Is this the guy that I am texting. What do you need I am busy. That's when I told her she can pound sand...

By far one of the rudest people I have met as a property manager. Unprofessional, rude, very emotional . Would not recommend anyone to get in business with this woman . She hung up in my face after approval . She would say how she told me pertinent information but in reality did not . I wish there was a 0 start button.
