Harris Properties Management are an awesome group of people. I have rented vacation homes from them before. I went to the beach to have my 5th wheel serviced and my a/c was dead. No hotel would rent to me because I had 3 dogs with me. I called Harris Properties. Not only did they find me a place to stay, they gave me a discount and offered any assistance I needed because of this unplanned stay. Thank you to all the kind people for helping me in my hour of need! Harris Properties will get my business for every beach trip!!

I have used Harris Plott Properties for all 3 years of college. They treat their own right as long as you follow their rules. Stacey managed all the properties I lived in and she is the most helpful and understanding agent there. Every time I had a issue she was extremely willing to help me and the problem would be fixed almost immediately. I would definitely recommend using Harris Plott Properties.

Harris Properties is unprofessional and doesn't care about their tenants. For the past three weeks I've been awakened from times ranging from 6:30-10:00 AM to power tools, hammering, destroying walls, etc. It is impossible to sleep due to the extremely loud noises and vibrations coming from the repairs directly beneath me. I don't get home from work until 2-3 AM. I've expressed my concern to Stacey from Harris Properties and she's assured me that she will find out what's going on and "talk to them and see if they can start later" NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Considering she's the one paying them this is upsetting. For $550 a month (not including utilities) do yourself a favor and find someplace better. Also the windows are thin so expect to hear cars passing by and college students. The location is convenient, price is fair, and interior is nice. I plan on updating my review if Stacey follows through and gets the workers to start at a later time (10 AM).

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Harris Properties was by far the worst company I have ever signed a lease with. Everything in the house either doesn't work or falls apart completely. The people that work there are unprofessional, rude and not helpful in anyway. We have had numerous issues with the duplex we live in and have called and texted to have people come in and fix things and it takes them months, and other times they won't even respond to us. Things that were written in the lease on their behalf were never done, simple things like changing the air filter and fixing light bulbs. They also will show the house to students looking to sign a lease with them and not notify you before they show the house. When I went to look at the house before we signed a lease the woman showing the house to us definitely did not tell the girls before us we were coming, the house REEKED of pot and she literally showed us one of the bedrooms and THE GIRL WAS LITERALLY IN THE ROOM ASLEEP. I felt invasive and uncomfortable. We were also not notified that there would be construction directly behind us and directly next to us, incredibly loud and obnoxious. Our power and wifi has gone out numerous times. Stacey has been no help to my roommates and I and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and would always tell us she would help but it would take her months to get literally anything done. incompetent, not really sure why it's so hard for her to do her job. The only thing she did right was when a car literally got stolen from behind our house, that was the only time she was remotely helpful but other than that she was a very rude woman. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They will keep in contact with you until they have a lease signed and a deposit paid. Then you will never hear from them again. Had multiple problems with the property and called to get them fixed and they would not answer any calls or emails. I went to their offices multiple times just to have them either say they would do something and never do anything. Or most of the time they would pretend not to notice you and continue drinking liqour in their offices. Terrible company and terrible people.
