Update: Had a visit by the supervisor and a personal call from an owner. A new technician was sent out and all issues have been remedied and additional traps installed. First class customer service!
Thank you for the quick response!

Rafael was very courteous and professional. I'm not sure he checked every termite trap however and left one with the lid off. He was also a little messy when covering them back up pulling back the landscape cloth. I also had to call the office to get the crawlspace report/findings.

Thanks Mike for all of your help from the mouse problem , to the bug spraying to getting the hornets & yellow jackets off my front porch! I definitely got my money’s worth with my initial visit! Friendly, fast, informative service … I told them I had an EMERGENCY and they were here a few hours later with all kinds of stuff to help a single woman out living on her own! I feel much better now!

Michael was very respectful, friendly and kind. His work was swift and thorough. I very much appreciate Harris Pest Control! I called about ants coming in a room about 4 weeks after their first visit and they came out the next day! Wonderful all around!

Dylan did a great job today. He met my request to spray for bugs both inside the house and outside the house. I was at work and my daughter and her dog are staying temporarily at my house, and Dylan worked with them and was super nice about it all. Thank you so much.
At first, I was not very happy Harris Pest Control raised their prices (and have each year for the past several years), but their service is exceptional.
I appreciate Harris Pest Control professionalism from the time they remind me of my appointment via text and email, and are prompt with their service.

My new home was lacking pest control, and after talking with a few companies I decided on Harris. I felt much better after the first treatment with Tony, and even more so after the second one with Keith. I am very satisfied and appreciate how they take the time to listen and respond to any concerns. The bugs here take a little getting used to if you're not from the area!
