Extremely disappointing service. The company was consistently unavailable, failed to care for our home, and showed no responsibility. After our tenant vacated, we discovered our house and garden in a neglected state—without any inspection or maintenance from them. Excellent company to deal with. I have only rented directly from owners over the years and with times changing you have to move with the times. Mc Haney & Harris is one of the most respectful places to rent from. They are caring and compassionate when it comes to their tenants needs. The Harris McHaney Property Management company has managed the rental home I own in Bella Vista since 2014. They have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. If the tenant has an issue that requires a major repair, they contact me immediately for approval. They have kept me informed on all maintenance needs and have secured the services of quality professionals in the area who have kept my home well maintained. There have been a few times that a tenant had something to come up, and Harris McHaney has taken the time to listen and understand what was needed and has presented it to me on the tenants behalf. My tenants have been happy and have often been long term renters, and I believe it is because of the professionalism and quality of service that Harris McHaney provides. Their office staff is top notch and have been very responsive with any questions or requests I have made. If you have a home to rent or if you are a renter looking for a home that is well-managed, I highly recommend Harris McHaney. In addition to the above, they have a web portal that provides access for both the owner and the renter. They keep up with expenditures and income, which makes taxes easy to complete as it relates to the rental property. You can’t go wrong choosing Harris McHaney property management services. Their management fees are reasonable and fair, in my opinion.

This is the worse place I have ever rented from. They took 3/4 of my deposit away to repair things that they were told about during the lease. They also rented me a house that had electrical violations that are being reported to the right authorities. I highly recommend you do not rent from these people or do any type of business with them
